The ACE acronym stands for Accelerating Company Excellence and is a structured method for bringing about internal changes within emerging and mature growth organizations to position them for long-term quality growth and profitability.

Ten Areas of Excellence
If the ten areas of excellence are effectively coordinated and made reproducible, the foundation for long-term, great organizational performance will be in place. If these internal changes are not made, the organization will be doomed to mediocrity or failure.

One of the critical areas that dictate the rate of acceleration is Leadership, which is why we developed a prescriptive process to equip Leaders called ICE Leadership.

ACE Assessment
In order to assess the 10 areas of excellence, USL will�

1. Administer the ACE Assessment to the top management team
2. Administer Surveys to employees
3. Conduct individual interviews with top management team
4. Tabulate the Assessments to arrive at a consensus score
5. Review with executives to determine 12 to 48 month Project Plans
6. Facilitate a 3 to 4 hour workshop to present Project Plans
7. Begin Phase 1 of the ACE Improvement Process
